Starting from June 2021, all customers required to submit their order on our official website secrezz.com.my. Remember do not pay or transfer money to someone who are someone disguised as our agent. We have have trained our agent to give a customer a link to purchase on our website.

Steps to buy product by Secrezz:
1. Explore your desired product on our website.
2. Choose variant of the product and hit the "Add To Cart" button.
3. Fill in the details of your name, address, email, phone number for shipping purpose.
4. Choose payment method and place order online.
5. You will receive a confirmation order in your email after payment is done. 

Unfortunately you can't cancel the order on our website. Contact customer support through WhatsApp or E-mail to request cancellation order.

Click "My Account" and fill in the details of your name, email and password. Your account will be created automatically.

We will guide you step by step to return the product. Kindly contact our Customer Service through WhatsApp to know how to return the item.

Yes and No, we will mention on a each product if we cover the warranty and how long we cover. If the products have a deffects you can return to us. We will exchange the product with the new one. 

Please take note that secrezz always take a good with the products and check it before we ship it to you.

For Malaysian citizens, we will use known courier like NinjaVan, Poslaju, J&T, Pgeon Delivery . If customer request to use different courier, state the courier information on order note before you pay to us.

For customer outside Malaysia, we will use DHL or other international courier to make delivery. The shipping cost a little bit higher because we had to make sure the goods will be delivered safely to your country.
