Usually, it takes around 2-3 days for your item to arrive. Please be patient while waiting for your parcel to be delivered to your door.
We use DHL and other famous international couriers to ship the product. The item may arrive earlier or late.

All item sold by secrezz cannot be refunded. However, the defective item can be exchanged for a new one. Make sure to provide your proof of order and the picture of the item for verification purpose.
Defects item that meet our criteria can be return back and we will send a new one to the customer.
We always make sure that our item is in good condition before the postage process.
All of our agents are not allowed to use their account number for transaction purpose. All of your orders must be submitted through the website. The customer will receive an email as a confirmation of the order.
